Some fun new things in the store today!  Let me just jump right to it:

That is all I have to show for you today :) I am working on items for National Scrapbook Day next weekend!  I will have a CU grab bag, along with some other fun things :)  OH and don't forget to stop by the forum and play the Piece Wrapping Challenge with me.  On May 1, we swap out and start a new month.

Well, technically the sun comes after the storm.  I was working on my donut kit and got derailed by a bunch of severe storms that came through the state.  I am not a stranger to severe storms, but this time I was inspired with a beautiful color palette, and from it came After the Storm.

So first some layouts which I put together.  As always, blah, blah.. don't steal my pics. Not that they aren't super amazing (bahahahaah)  but they are mine :)

So I had this totally brilliant idea. I would spend the rest of today scrapping layouts with the new kit I released.  hahaha.  Yeah, I should just stop there.  I have one done.  However, I will be up late tonight watching the severe weather that is supposed to be tripping through our state.  So without further ado.  Here is my ONE layout:

 

I used my new kit: Marking Life, the alphs is from one of my older kits Cinnamon,  and I also used a template by Little Green Frog.  

I bet you want the name for the template, too. LOL It is the Chalk and Cheese Template Pack.  Phew.  Say that five times fast.   My little Kit Kat likes tearing her bumper pads off the crib and rolling up in them.  Isn't she ... sweet?  hehehe.  Okay, time to showcase the new items I have up this week:

First off, there is a free mini kit at Plaindigitalwrapper right now!  It is called Over the Hills  and is for our Piece Wrapping Challenge.  All you have to do, is download the kit and create a layout using all the elements in the kit. You can add to it, you just can't take any elements from the mini out :)

I promised myself that I would stay on top of the year.  Scrap as we go along. It was really easy back in January. We are now in April and I am kind of working on March.  I guess that isn't too bad!  I am trying NOT to think about how it will look in December.  I may be back in May/ June.  Here is for hoping!
